The Clubhouse will be closed starting Sunday, December 13th due to the latest State issued COVID-19 restrictions that has impacted our Restaurant and Bar operations. We will re-open as soon as the restrictions are eased.
According to the latest new restrictions, patrons at restaurants and other places that offer seated dining can only linger over meals for 90 minutes and must wear a mask at all times when they are not actively eating or drinking. This is a change from the current rule in which diners can remove their mask as soon as they sit at their table. In addition, restaurants can only seat six people per table, down from 10, and the Baker-Polito Administration is urging patrons to dine only with members of the same household to reduce the risk of transmitting the virus.
Besides wanting to do all we can to protect the health and welfare of our members and staff, these new restrictions make it even more difficult to reach a financial breakeven point. Last weekend was a promising indication that we might have been able to operate through the winter at a breakeven level. However, given the additional restrictions and after discussion with the kitchen staff, the restaurant and bar will remain closed until these restrictions are eased. We will continue to abide by the State COVID-19 guidelines as we have done all year. We wish you all good health through the winter and look forward to the time when the restrictions are eased and we can re-open the Clubhouse.
As always, THANKS for your tremendous support throughout the year during these challenging times. Wishing you and your loved ones Happy Holidays and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year 2021!
THE CLUBHOUSE WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL THE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS ARE EASED
